All PT Cruiser owners are invited to attend our River Rendezvous
Where: Red Lion Templin's Hotel on the River, 414 E First Ave., Post Falls ID, 83854. 208-773-1611, or 800-733-5466, or on the web. Use the web site link below, or Internet search for them:
When: September 10-11, 2010. Friday and Saturday
What's happening Friday: Gather, socialize, Neon party (dancing and live music), parade to Hot Rod Cafe and light show.
Saturday: 8:30 - 11:30 A.M. show and shine with judging. 12:30 P.M. lunch break and then river cruises, PT cruise, or free time. 5:30 P.M. dinner/awards/sock hop.
Event detail narrative: We will gather on Friday afternoon for meet and greet. We will have a show of car neon lights for those wishing to participate. We plan to cruise to the Hot Rod Cafe as a group (we have to get police permission to do the neon cruise). Templin's will have a live band and will have a Neon Nite party theme for us. On Saturday Templin's will open the restaurant an hour early for us with a "Roaring Star Breakfast Buffet for $4.95 per person, a great deal. After a no-host lunch, the River Queen Cruise will be from 2 P.M. to 3:30 P.M., or those not on the river cruise can partake of some PT cruises, or just have some free time. At 5:30 P.M. we gather for dinner and awards. That will be followed by a '60's sock hop. Sunday everyone is on their own but we expect folks will gather for breakfast and their farewells. This event is open to any PT Cruiser owner, not just members of a PT club.

Meet Fees: Entry fee is $20 per car including a dash plaque. Commemorative T-shirts will be available for $10 each, for all sizes. Saturday dinner Fee: (optional) $25 per person. You must make your dinner reservation with the hotel.
Saturday River Queen Cruise: (optional) $15.75 per person. You must make your reservation at TicketsWest at 1-800-325-SEAT. (This is a cruise on a riverboat up the Spokane River into Coeur d'Alene Lake).
Hotel Rooms: We have a block of rooms set aside. They are $82.95 per night double occupancy, or $96.95 for the Riverview Rooms. You must make your own reservations with the hotel. Refer to their contact information above.
